One of the many successes in Sandwell is the Greets Green Partnership. This video was originally created to support the launch of the learning centres around the Greets Green area of West Bromwich . It shows where learning might take place and the support that is available from the many partners within the partnership.

1. First, make sure that your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements.

2. Next, do you want the free or the premium RealPlayer Plus?

- Free RealPlayer:
Visit www.real.com and click the Free Download button.

- Premium RealPlayer:
Visit www.real.com/playerplus and click the Download Now button. You will be prompted to enter payment information before the download starts.

3. Follow the prompts to install RealPlayer.

Getting errors? This usually means your computer's antivirus, firewall, or pop-up blocking software is stopping the download.

Check out these articles for troubleshooting tips:

- 'Offline,' 'Service Unavailable' or 'Action cancelled' errors (unblocking RealPlayer behind a firewall)
- The server was not available or server unavailable (proxies or a firewall issues)
