The technical support package offers sales, trouble shooting, project manament and consultancy, repair and maintenace, commissioning, auditing, research and develoment, website design. Training is ongoing for members of the Broadband Sandwell technical team who are enrolled on the Microsoft Certified Professional programme and Redhat Linux Certified programme. This provides schools with Microsoft and Linux solutions installed by qualified engineers.
